Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a food cart business based in the Philippines called "Carioca Loca". Carioca is a Deep-fried glutinous rice balls coated with caramel. For more information on how it is made please looked at https://www.kawalingpinoy.com/carioca/ . "Loca" is a spanish word for crazy. We would like to see the logo in the food carts itself and is also the general logo for packaging, employee's uniform , letter head and etc. We would like an attractive logo with a feminine touch.
