Stationery Design Brief

I'd like a template to use for company stationery. We frequently write short 1 - 2 page Word documents (which we save as PDF) to clients and prospects and the presentation is boring and doesn't look professional. I am looking for a Word template that will convey a better sense of professionalism. The design should include our logo (attached) but be simple and elegant. It should save nicely as a PDF, since that is how we will send the files via email.
