Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our annual ski camp. It is a ski camp for children from 6 to 17 years old. We are looking for a logo that is not too childish, example a logo that can be worn by ski instructors even on leave. A logo that will be used for clothes-t-shirt-pull but also on the mail. At our ski camp, we have skiers but also snowborders. Both must recognize each other in it. I added an image below. We thought of a hat and ski goggles, with embroidered on the cap in the middle CSPL. But I am open to other proposals, like skiing or surfing on the back a mountain reflection on the glasses and others. For colors for info we will soon have a black jacket.
