Web Design Brief

We need to have www.hso.co.uk migrated to a Drupal-based theme.
We are happy to re-use the content and imagery from existing site but need some creativity and design in giving it a fresh/modern look and feel, including support for handheld devices.
The style we're after, and we are happy to purchase a template, is http://refaktorthemes.com/porto/ or http://themeforest.net/item/specialone-responsive-drupal-theme/full_screen_preview/5218088.
We can also set up a Drupal development site.
Website needs to include all the current SEO information and tags.
The Blog part of the website is not included in the migration.
We'd be looking to decide based on design suggestions for the home page and the Solutions page.
