Logo Design Brief

Create a logo that embodies leadership coaching and the process of growing. I prefer the colors green, gray, white and black. In the past I used a vine simulating a vine that is growing and wrapping, so I am looking for something that resembles my current logo but more refined and adding Leadership Coaching to it.
