Brochure Design Brief

Print-out of 3 to 8 pages automatically on a color inkjet printer. Page size A4
All details for my Real Estate Sales Design Project are in attached file.
Here some points:
We have abound 100 real estate objects for sale (houses, flats and pieces of land).
For each item, our system creates automatically a sales documentation, which we print out and hand to the potential buyers after they've visited the object or send it by mail upon request in form of a pdf.
This document should be of 3 to maximum 8 pages.
It should be of a modern design and invite the client to read it.
The information should be clear and quick to find.
If the global look could somehow relate to the look of our web site www.activimmob.ch, that would be nice.
The company data is there for legal reasons, but it is the agent's phone and mail that the clients should use for contact.
The photos should be of big size (2 by page?) without being distorted nor cut.
Optionally, to save ink and pages, maybe only the first 3-4 photos full size and the rest smaller?
