Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a new company called Explore Consulting. Based in Wellington, New Zealand and doing consulting and advisory work in Australia, PNG and NZ to government and private organisations.
We provide management guidance and consultancy on petroleum, gas and mineral (predominantly gold) projects. (Geophysical consulting).
We advise on design, contractor selection, tendering, risk assessment through to full project delivery and operational management

We are looking for a professional, corporate looking logo. There may be a small image incorporated into the text but it should not take over. Colour wise we are open but like blue or green. We are looking for a clean, sharp logo.
We would like to communicate that we are a professional, trusted partner.
