Web Design Brief

Hi! We need to create a new website. Will also need to be able to control the back-end - we need to be able to control and change the site easily, perhaps with css? This will be an offering from our company, Parachute Consulting LLC. We want this site to reflect the service: a mobile first aid bar, staffed with our medics (see attached photo) - we will be hired to work at parties, children's birthday parties, sporting events, road races and triathlons, weddings, etc. We want companies, corporations and event planners to hire us! We will need 4 or 5 tabs/links to illustrate our offerings. We like warm colors and brightness - light and inviting, to attract attention. As you see, our company logo is blue - but the front panel illustration is a velum insert and may be changed to any theme. The final design should communicate that you should never plan an event without one of our First Aid Bars! We want the site to be inviting, like some of these referenced below:
