Web Design Brief

We need a logo and a website for a referral site. Our advertising and promotion will send customers to this website where they will fill out a form giving their information as well as person they want to refer. The logo idea that I have is a gear with a dollar sign in it the number 2 and the letter U. Another words dollars to you. If this can be animated with sounds, that would be great. Once this form is filled in it goes to a referral software site such as Referral Rock or Rewardstream where the data is saved for us to follow up. This is not a complicated site. It will reassure the people who will refer their friends, family members or other aquiatnces that we will provide great service to and best prices for home and business insurance. It will exclude auto insurance as not referral for a monitory reward(regulations). The reward will be $100 for business and house insurance and $25 condo or townhome insurance. It will imply that this $100 is limited time offer. The site should be set so that we could edit the website once the designer has given it to us. The people we expecting to be our referrers are real estate agents, notaries public, and our existing customers.

Requirements

Must have

• Fillable form on info about referer and the referred. This will data will be sent to the third party who will have our data for keeping track of the referrals and where Our referees can see how many people they have referred and who has been approved for payment. The third parties our such as Referral Rock or Rewardstream.

Nice to have

• Animated logo with sound would be nice. This will be used on the website only. We use prime insurance logo as seen on www,primeinsurance.ca for all communications.

Should not have

• I have attached two files for reference only they do not have the exact text that I want to have on the website. I am working on that and it will always be changing to some extent. You can talk to me.
