You mention that this game will require the board and 5 decks, but only one deck needs to be made now. Are you wanting us to create the full deck at this time or just the one side that will be on the whole deck? If it's the full deck, we need to know what will be going on the rest of the cards. Are all 6 of these components included in the C$150 or will the rest be an additional project after this one is done? There is no mention of a box, will this come later as well.

As a heads up, if the C$150 is intended for anything more than the board and just the one side of one deck it will need to be increased. Decks by themselves take a good amount of time to design, especially depending on how many cards are in each.

Hi, just to be clear, as some have had questions . . .

We are asking for one game board design and one card (front of Time Travel card deck) for the contest.

To close on the project we will need files on all (fronts) of card decks (and each deck is the same):

1. Investment card deck
2. Risk Reward deck
3. Resource deck
4. Time travel deck

One this project closes we hope to work with the winner for the packaging (separate project).

I understand that to find the designer that will be completing the project design you are looking for the board and Time Travel "front" to be submitted, however it's still not clear if we will be making the entire deck in order to close the project or just the other 3 deck "fronts". Even with all the decks being the same (except for the different "fronts") if the full deck needs to be designed, then the C$150 still wouldn't be enough.

Simply trying to understand what all will be required to close the project to see if it is even worth taking the time to create the two submission elements.

In the brief you also mentioned a fifth deck (Risk Insurance). Is this something that will come into play later as well or is this already completed?

Sorry, no you will not be making the entire deck. Only the fronts. And yes, there is also a Risk Insurance card. Sorry about that....

Next phase would be packaging design with the chosen designer.

I am not sure about how to have the back side of the decks info added on. I have 600 cards with the four major decks and not sure that I want the files in cyberspace :) Leave that one with me. In the meantime, it isn't on the scope of work.

How do the hour glass spaces work in the game? Do you want to keep them as hour glasses?

Hi there, hour glass represents time travel card (just like on the prototype). It does not have to be an hourglass but anything representative of time travel. Sky is the limit for imagination!
