Letterhead Design Brief

I currently have a business card and logo, I just need a nice looking letter head the matches the two. I will upload these Illustrator files.

I would like the letter head to be done in a current version of MS Word.

Please incorporate 'codehaus' as per the attached font and the logo.

• Fits in with current design, sleek and professional. It will be used for quotations and tenders and documentation going to clients and potential clients.
• Would like to company logo up the top header and perhaps a watermark of the logo at the bottom right, a bit like the business card.
• Also it needs to be MS word.
• Please work with the color pallet from the attached files.
