Flyer Design Brief

My name is Sandi and we were hoping you could help us. Attached you will see two different documents. The one document that says old flyer was one of our from a long time ago but it outdated and our name and information has changed. We are hoping that you could take the other document that says flyer and make it into something that looks like our old flyer. Is that possible?
