Advertisement Design Brief

I want to place an ad in a newsletter. The newsletter is printed in black and white. Please design the ad in color so that I can use it elsewhere, but please make it look good in black and white. When you show it to me please show it in color and, black and white.

The logo to be used is uploaded.

The service being advertised is for energy healing. The overall business is professional and expensive, but friendly and comfortable.

The people reading the ad are highly educated and wealthy mothers.
