Poster Design Brief

We need an image that shows how the elements of a leadership programme work together to create a whole and flowing programme. This will be used to summarise the journey that the managers attending will embark on together. The idea is that the the pathways are rooted or grounded in Purpose and Strategy. They are parallel paths and together they lead to Leadership Success.
The design has to fit with the style of other materials, so please look at the attachments. It can be more colourful that those though.
I like the hand-drawn style and organic look rather than cartoon/ powerpoint look.
