Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for my company “County Fair Bakery and Café”
The company specializes in catering for regional american cuisine. Including forgotten baked goods.
The design should emphasize the County Fair part of the name. Fonts should be similar to samples provided and County Fair should be in all caps.
I envision a design that is a “Badge” in a “hipster” style. Perhaps a circle or oval with County Fair on top and Bakery and Café making up the lower part of the shape. I would like a line drawing or abstract design of a blue ribbon in the center. Not a literal drawing but a design that reminisces of a winning blue ribbon. I imagine the font colour to be a dark blue with grey tones color.
I've lived in London for may years and a logo reminiscent of the city would be a welcomed.
Designer creativity is a plus. Should you envision something differently I'd be happy to consider it.
