We are looking to have you design a logo for Ryan Keller Real Estate based in Coeur d' Alene. Ultimately, the goal is to have you create a logo that speaks to the buyers and sellers, a logo that shows Ryan Keller Real Estate helps people reach their goals of buying or selling homes. This logo should portray the words elite, confidence, sophistication, authenticity and most importantly genuine.
To help create a starting point as to what we are looking for we have attached the Lonely Mountain logo (uploaded)
Of course we trust your professional opinion and design as you are the best at what you do! Of course being real estate, we like the concept of some kind of house design above the name “Ryan Keller Real Estate” We also like the gradient dark blue running to light blue in the swish above the name in the example logo. Overall the color scheme will be blue and grey, either Dark Navy Blue or light blue, paired with a gray this can be either silver, charcoal or gunmetal grey (whatever you feel looks best together). If it makes sense to have mountains in the back we feel it would be fitting as the area in Coeur d’Alene there are plenty of mountains and trees. In the example provided the mountain peaks are too high and we think it looks a little tacky. If in your professional opinion if it makes sense it would be nice to see some mountains and possibly some trees as well. Not sure if including everything in this same logo will look to busy or not…
We know your team has a wealth of talent and experience and we look forward to see the direction you go with this! Our intention is to be doing a full re- branding of Ryan Keller Real Estate, and the Logo is our first starting point. - the name "Ryan Keller Real Estate" in it. Logo should include type of house looking design, possibly mountains and trees.
- Overall the color scheme will be blue and grey, either Dark Navy Blue or light blue, paired with a gray this can be either silver, charcoal or gunmetal grey (whatever you feel looks best together).
Nice to have
- in the logo to have the image drawing of house somewhat similar to the logo example provided. maybe include mountains and trees if it does not look to busy
Should not have
- more than 3 colors total except for the fade concept for the blue to light blue.
- logo cannot be to busy, just for it to be clear where someone sees it and thinks real estate. In the example of the logo provided, the tall mountains look to be to much, maybe simplify.
