Logo Design Brief
Looking for a business name logo that is predominantly text based, possibly with some type of logo that incorporates the letter M but not exactly sure about that. The words 'Property Hub' are to be considerably smaller than 'MARQUEE', and quite possibly in a different font. I would like to incorporate a bright sky blue colour but whether that is for the text or background I'm not sure. Other colours can include Black, Charcoal, Grey, Silver and White. The name and background colour will be used for real estate signs and needs to be clean and eye-catching when installed. Please note that the word Marquee is used as an adjective and refers to leading or dominant, as in Marquee Agents, Marquee Listings, etc.

Hi Designers,Please do not submit any design with the logo situated above the Business Name.I am not interested in any logos that resemble a picture of a house, roof or windows.
