Web Design Brief

I love sports and I love March Madness. Every year, I run the office bracket pool. Being unhappy with the existing march madness websites out there, I created my own bracket website last year. This year, I am looking to add more features and have a more polished design. I am a backend programmer so my design skills are poor.

Requirements

Must have

• Here is a list of all the features that are needed.
  
  - A single elimination tournament bracket which initially contains 64 teams, with games of 2 teams each, 1 loser and 1 winner: who will move to the next game in the tournament to face another winning team.
  - A list of badges earned by the participant and their friends.
  - A list of upcoming games which will the following: the teams playing in the game, the friends rooting for the teams in the game, a message to the user if this game is an upset (differentiate between the user correctly picking the upset and the user not correctly picking the upset), a message to the user if this is a critical game in their bracket.
  
  (I understand this is confusing and will attach a screenshot of my rough design ideas for the site)
  
  

Nice to have

• A super simple logo which will just be the name of the site in a decent font.
