Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo with the three words: "Your DevOps Recruiter" in it.

I would like the word to be broken up with "Your" the highest left and then "DevOps" in the middle lower and then "Recruiter" the lowest to the right where they are all even distributed with space in between each other (not touching). I would like the "O" in Your to be the hand picture below and the "Op" combination in DevOps to be the infinit sign below with the left elliptical elongated to look like the O in DevOps and a line running on the left side of the right elliptical to make it look like the P in DevOps.

I would like the color scheme for this to be orange, blue, and white with most of the letters being orange. Can you duplicate the orange on this landing page (www.thedevopsrecruiter.com) I would then like a circle on the outside going with arrows making it a continuous circle through both letters of "recruiter" and "your" but just around DevOps since it's in the middle.
