Embracing the Power & Form Unity & Harmony.                                                                                                      I had left that portion blank so as not to limit the creativity and ideas but I guess some guidance is neccessary. Hi,
As per design crowd payment summary

Project #327267 Released 12/26/2013
Project 295699 : Released 12/16/2013
Project 290437 : Released 12/4/2013
Project 309275 : Released 12/4/2013

Out of these 4 project paypal has received only the payment of Project #327267 Released 12/26/2013. All other 3 project payment has not been received by Paypal. Paypal account is in verified status, as I have got the payment for 1 project. I have contacted Paypal, they have requested the transaction ID, if you have already made the payment to Paypal, please provide me the transaction ID.
Thanks in advance. I request your cooperation as this is the only resource of my bread and butter.

Hi Ranjit,

I have read through your email and will seek clarification with DesignCrowd admin. I was of the understanding that the payments were as stipulated on the brief for the project. I am only going to use one of the designs you submitted. My request for the other design downloads was because they were listed as linked to the chosen design and I had intended to compare them prior to print to select the most suitable - a task not yet done. I have not been of the understanding that such files come at an additional cost hence my request of them for the purpose already mentioned. I would gladly delete and not use those files if they constitute additional projects because the company will use only one of your logo designs.

I shall consult as I have advised you and get back to you soon after I get a response.
