Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our coffee farm "Abana Coffee". It needs to translate to clients all over the world (USA, Europe, Asia, etc). We are a coffee farm in Ethiopia producing very high quality specialty grade coffee. We are looking for a clean professional look that translates to black and white as well as color. I am also looking for symmetry, something memorable. Our current logo misses the mark and we don't like it (see attached). We do like colors that are reds, browns, greens, and earth tones. We will likely redesign the website as well, so don't necessarily tailor the logo to our current website.
