Web Design Brief

We are looking for an attractive front page and search page for our website, Playon.us. The site is currently up and can be searched. Most of the functionality works, but the design needs to be improved. The website is a platform that allows sports facility managers to list their facilities and allow the public to rent them. Can be thought of as the OpenTable for athletic facilities. The 2 pages we would like designed are the home page, where a renter would search for a facility, and the search results page, where there is a map of the facilities available on the left and the available facility listings on the right.
