Logo Design Brief

I provide a virtual back office, admin support service for small to medium sized businesses. I'd like to see designs that use different colours- but I want to get away from the safe corporate blue. At the same time I want to communicate honesty, authenticity and warmth. A personal connection with clients.
I did state that Designs focused on the initials, YBO, will also be considered - however I've not been overexcited by what I've seen - I'd like a simple punchy logo that indicates I am a virtual CFO, perhaps incorporate a cloud (just an idea)

• I don't want a generic industry standard logo - playing with books/doors. I've attached my existing logo which is everything I don't want.
