The podcast is called "Business Chef" and features interviews with successful chefs and other food service professionals. We will be doing shows about successful entrepreneurs in the food business as well as doing shows about topics that affect our industry. Things such as changing labor laws, tip credits and how they affect the business, how honeybees are important, what to do when building a new kitchen, etc.
