We need a logo design for our company based in Las Vegas call Guardian Realty. We buy, sell and manage real estate. We are re-branding our logo to focus more on buying and sell houses rather than the property management side of our company. We are a husband wife team whose focus on creating a culture in our company of one that is down to earth, reliable and relevant. We want our logo to reflect our business culture. We are fun to hang out with. Fun to work with. But who always goes the extra mile for all of our clients.
Target Market(s)
Anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. We are focusing our marketing in a community that values education and takes pride in being in this community b/c it takes a commitment to live in since it's as far south as you can get in Henderson (a suburb outside of Las Vegas). It's a solid middle to upper middle class neighborhood. People are friendly, down to earth, work hard, take pride in keeping their homes maintained, goes all out decorating for the holidays, enjoys neighborhood gatherings. Kids are safe to ride their bikes hang out at the parks and everyone gets along and includes kids of all ages. The families are in their early 30's to 40's. People are tech savvy, information savvy, and focused on supporting others in our community.
