Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new startup company in Switzerland. As this logo will be used for our group of companies it has to be modestly elegant and classic. We will favour golden colour and calligraphy. This is a multipurpose trading company.

The logo should contain an ancient gate much like the following:
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/ba/Naxos_Gate.JPG). The letters Thyra should preferably be in calligraphic format and behind or beside it one will see a (potentially blurry) picture of an ancient gate. "Thyra" means "door" in Greek. With this logo we seek to give the re assurance to the public that our company is "opening the thyra=door to success".
