T-shirt Design Brief

We are a youth karate organization called "American Elite Martial Arts" that is looking for a design to go on our tournament event t-shirts. Our tournaments largely consist of forms, weapons forms, and sparring events. A photo album of one of our tournaments can be viewed here: https://www.facebook.com/pg/CharlotteKarate/photos/?tab=album&album_id=10154616080591911 to get an idea of what they look like. The design will go on a colored (not white) shirt, and must be unisex (no pink or purple), but I am otherwise not set on a specific shirt color. The design should be front of shirt only, and be no more than 3 colors to keep screen printing costs reasonable.

Target Market(s)

Primarily kids and teens, would be nice to sell shirts to some parents as well, so an appeal for all ages is preferred.
