Yes, 300 wide, 600 high- these are also called double square. See the example in the middle of the page on the left here: http://therealdeal.com/page/2/

Does the swf files size have to be under 40KB, since i am already almost at forty and not added anymore info as yet.

It can probably be a little over 40kb, but not much higher.
