Logo Design Brief

Our current logo was designed specifically to represent our insurance business. We now need a new logo that resembles our current logo, but the new logo will represent a printing/design business. As a MUST, from the original logo, we’d like to replace the shield and the word “insurance” and replace it with images and text that better represent print/design. The one thing that must remain is the company name “Speed” AS IS. One of our initial ideas was to convert speedometer bars to ink drops or brush marks, but the SPEEDOMETER must remain. The final logo should be durable enough to appear in different formats: color, grayscale, computers, textiles, etc.
The business is in the screen printing T-shirts, business cards, flyers, cups, car magnets, etc

Must have

• 1.-Maintain the SPEED word as original logo submitted.
• 2.-Speedometer remains too but change style/design the colors remain but the geometric objects replace with ink drops, brush traces or other alike. The needle could be replace with artist painter brush.
• 3.-SHIELD, MUST be REPLACED for another item that represents the company work.
