Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my new, predominantly, online business based in Queensland, Australia called 'PurePlatters'. Pure meaning clean and unprocessed and healthy and platters referring to food/nutrition. My business helps people build their nutrition, health and wellness knowledge, provides specific recipes and walks alongside people to ensure they feel confident meeting their dietary changes. The business is focussed on improving clients' health, helping them adapt to specific food requirements due to allergies, intolerances or health conditions and ensuring they are eating the most pure, clean food available most of the time. I want something very visually appealing, maybe playing on the fact that the PurePlatters is based on two P's. I prefer earthy colours but still crisp and clean. I want the design to communicate professionalism, happiness and health.
