Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my Afrocentric clothing brand.Frotown is a funky athletica and streetwear brand that makes caps, hoodies, crop tops, tights, flip flops, slides, tees, track pants.Alot of the items have african print detail which are busy so it has to be simple and has to pop.The target market is the youth market (15-35). Frotown consumers are confident, conscientious, free thinkers, trend setters, creative, and defy stereotypes. It
should appeal to both male and female and have hip hop undertones. It can incorporate the African continent graphic or maybe an Afro (hairstyle). However it must have Western appeal so Caucasian people can sport the logo without being offensive. It needs to be bold, unique and visually stimulating but simple.lower case font would be preferable.Logos I like:Benetton,Fila,g star, bape,Armani.Red,green, black and yellow can be used, but am open to any other colours that convey African pride and are trendy and new.
The name was derived from the city Freetown in Sierra Leone,West Africa. It was the port where slaves were forced onto ships bound for North America, and also where freed slaves returned to after the ebolishment if slavery. Its past is one of oppression and exploitation but also liberation.Frotown is fun and vibey and celebrates the African continent. It shouldn't be harsh, painful or political looking.
