Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Phoenix, AZ called Céntrico. It's a modern upscale Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar. Céntrico translates to Downtown or Centrally located. The venue is a very old and historic building. I'd like a clean design utilizing black, white, and grey. I'm open to other colors for accentuation. I'm partial to old Aztec symbols or Mexican symbols but w/a new updated twist. and/or, symbols native to Arizona. pics attached are an overall collective feel.
