Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new ASP offering for hospitals and post-acute care facilities. Essentially "Getting home" creates a marketplace for connecting patients and the various care providers in a much more efficient and effective way.

GettingHome is a logistics platform that handles the selection, coordination and outcome analysis of post-acute (after the hospital visit) care (PAC) health services.

Examples include - skilled nursing facilities (SNF), (inpatient) rehab, long term acute care (LTAC), home health, etc.

Right now this market is very fragmented and difficult to interact with (for everyone involved). We offer a single platform to the discharging entity (e.g. hospital, LTAC, SNF ) to present patients that need post-acute care to a consortium of independent service providers that bid for the patient based on their location, skills, capacity and what insurance they support.

Many times a patient moves from one post acute care service to another provider in a progression with the final objective to getting home. GettingHome allows the discharging entity to define each step in this progression at the time of initial discharge.

This system tracks and manages each step, offers the consortium members access to best practices, medical oversight and supporting systems that help improve the outcomes for the patient. It reduces the administrative burden on the hospitals and the PAC consortium members, improves outcomes for the patients and makes what was a fragmented market easily accessible.

Other themes that are important to consider in the design
- Does NOT have to match the AI Health logo you can see in the attached PPT file that further explains the offering. If it does - thats great - but if you have some much better concept - we would love to see that!
- needs to project competence / something you can trust
- needs to not feel too clinical - but professional enough that large medical groups will use it
- needs to work in color as well as gray scale
- needs to scale well so it is understandable when small (business cards, footer of an email)
- generally prefer square aspect ratios so it fits in many use cases.
- Simple is always better
- having a subtle feature or two that may not be obviously apparent at first glance but shows the depth of the logo and how it represents the company is really cool.

Primary market is hospital executives and their discharge team, owners of post-acute care facilities and their on-boarding staff and finally the patient and their family.
