Poster Design Brief

Need a 36" x 48" sign to put next to our solar project. The solar project is installed and we will print this sign on plastic corrugated board and mount as an informational kiosk next to the project. A picture of a similar kiosk is attached. Its is important that the information is easy to understand and aesthetically pleasing. I've uploaded a draft that we did with the information and general idea. The draft is not the correct dimensions and will not scale to the appropriate size. Looking for a professional to do this well. Thank you !!
