T-shirt Design Brief

This is our ski team of finance professionals that ski at the Interbourse (interbourse.org) conference each year. Used to be the NASDAQ team. Would also accept Philly Ski Team. The logo will primarily be used on jackets breast and hats, so it must be easy to print on materials. Jacket background will likely be charcoal.
