Logo Design Brief

We are a real estate investment and development firm, based in Boston, MA looking for a simple, but recognizable company logo. This logo will be used on our website, business cards, emails, letterhead, etc. We are a small business and looking for something simple that includes a picture, as well as our company name "Triad Alpha Partners". The format and/or files should be easily transferrable to website, documents, biz cards. I would prefer to also have file with the whole logo, as well as the ability to separate the logo from the company name. We have different subsidiaries under the parent company, so it is important to have picture logo separate as well. I do not need anything fancy, just logo with company name.

I have included our current logo, which I would like to closely emulate, or just improve upon. Pretty conservative, but helps with the look I am pursuing.
