Logo Design Brief

Hello, I need a logo for my services company in Oil and Gas / Petroleum domain. I would like to have the three letters: WSG in the Logo. (It means: Well Services Gabon). My first idea is to have a "derrick" inside and why not, if it's not "heavy", to have the Gabon and France Flag included in rear?
