Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for a food+travel blog based in Hungary. The blog is written by me alone, it is about my gastronomical experiences all over the world.
So the main keywords are experience, adventure, gastronomy, eating, traveling.
The name: Világevő (with a acute and o double acute, means 'the world eater'). Everywhere I am looking for the authentic food of the locals, I am interested in everything from street food to 3 stars Michelin. My speciality is also to make interview with great personalities of the gastronomic scene, for example world famous chefs. My favorite cuisines at the moment are: Japan, Peru, French, Vietnam. I am a former water polo player, big and tall. (attached you will see an iconic photo of me, which is published on my blog for years now. the one in black with the sheep's skull. The other photo shows my current logo, but I am not satisfied with it.)
The style of the blog is informal, it is an ego blog, not just about the restaurants/chefs/food, but also always a bit about myself, too, with selfies, etc. With lots of irony, humor and action, a bit comparable to Anthony Bourdains shows.
So it should be absolutely combined with my person. It is more about eating then about cooking. The logo/symbol should be itself (without any text) enough to identify me and my blog.
I prefer a white background. I love the colors royal blue and red, but it's not a must to use them.
I need something simple, hip, crisp, interesting, dynamic, positive, modern, sophisticated, urban, but still naughty and catchy on the other side. It should be a unique design, easy to recognize and remember.

Requirements

Must have

• the word világevő or Világevő (so it's Vilagevo with a acute and o double acute, you can see the accents on one of the attached photos to go for sure), but the main design element should be the emblem or symbol.
  The script should be all small letters or all small with a first capital!
  From the winner I will need a monochrome version and a version with dark background as well. And of course everything vector based.

Nice to have

• I would like to have logo, what I can later use for different purposes, too. On product packaging (food industry), on my book's front page, events, etc. And it should look also great on Facebook and on a business card or even on a TV screen in a very small size, or I need a simplified, more schematic version of the original for this.
  It is even better, if it also works well without the text or with another text.
