Logo Design Brief
We are a real estate sales team that operates in the Seattle region. We are professionals who charge a professional fee so it is important our logo establishes authority and credibility. However, we are also a young team (average age 25 years) and we take a content marketing approach to our business. Meaning, we want to be positioned as fun and inviting so users will engage with our content even though they may not be actively ready to buy/sell/invest.

Target Market(s)
We have three different demographics we service:
1) First Time Home Buyers: These are people aged 24-35 who work in the tech industries who are sophisticated buyers but also understand they want to hire and pay for professional help.
2) Real Estate Developers/Investors: We work with a lot of developers and investors who either build urban town-homes and apartment buildings in the core markets of Seattle. Also, we work with a lot of "Fix-N-Flip" type clients who rehab homes for profit.
3) Home Owners: The main people who own homes in our market are Baby Boomers aged 50+ who have a lot of wealth in the homes they own (typically low to no mortgage) and need to downsize. Trust is very important to these sellers and having a brand that builds credibility goes a long way in this segment.
