Logo Design Brief
Hello designers! Several months ago I founded a private duty nursing business based in Los Angeles. We provide private, skilled nursing care to high profile clientele such as politicians, celebrities, high net worth individuals, etc. It is a competitive industry, but our holistic approach (recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit) is what sets us apart from our competition. Our services are similar to home health nursing but with a few significant differences. Please learn more about what we do on our website, www.holisticnursingla.com.
As you can see, a stunning logo would really put a finishing touch on the website. It would also convey a level of professionalism that is attractive to our clientele, who expect the best from those with whom they do business.
I do not have a particular color scheme in mind for the logo. I would just prefer that the colors/images/fonts convey qualities such as comfort, nurturing, trust, healing... The qualities one would hope to find in a nurse who is providing care in the intimacy of a home environment.
Thank you all so much! I can't wait to see your designs!

Requirements
Must have
- The business name.
Nice to have
- Perhaps something that conveys our emphasis on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit... without appearing too "new-agey" or esoteric.
- It would be nice if the "Inc" could be deemphasized a little.
- Conveys comfort, healing, and professionalism.
Should not have
- I don't care for nursing logos that have an image of an old-fashioned nurse with those funny white hats they used to wear.
- Old-style fonts. Hearts. The traditional red cross symbol. The Caduceus symbol. Bright, distracting colors.
