Flyer Design Brief

I need a one-page flyer created that will serve as a profile report for individual brokers within a commercial real estate firm. The flyer will include company branding, agent photo, bio, and other information. I would like to have the source file available for future editing preferably in a Publisher file format. A copy of a company brochure is included and would like to have this profile flyer similar to keep company branding consistent.
