Business Card Design Brief

I'm looking for a card that has the following.

Front:
- Merlot Colored
- stripe down the middle in silver or gold flake
- CK in block like thick letters with gold or silver flake above stripe
-Wine: below stripe
- a grape bunch that is at the end of the stripe that is made so it can be printed as embossed

Back:
- line down the middle of card in Merlot, card is white background
- to the left Colleen Kenny, (next line) Owner, (next line) Certified Sommelier, CMS
- to the right (listed) restaurant consulting, wine tours, personal tastings, event planning, personal wine buying
- add embossed grape bunch

Also, looking for a piece that slides over like a envelope for a room key for a hotel that says "We met @ TEXSOM" and possibly a file for that, that I can edit.
