Flyer Design Brief

Hi, I'm a wedding musician and I'd like a 1 pager wedding music template created. It needs to be editable for future weddings.

At the top of the template:
Bride First Name & Groom First Name plus 's WEDDING
Date of Wedding:
Venue name:

(The form needs to be flexible where I can remove/interchange Prelude Ceremony / Ceremony / Canapes / Reception) as sometimes I will play music just for a Ceremony sometimes for both Ceremony/Canapes or sometimes just the reception only or all of the above.

Section 1: Prelude Ceremony (this could be up to 5 songs)

Section 2: Ceremony
Processional (this is sometimes 1 or 2 songs)
Signing of Papers (this is sometimes 1 or 2 songs)
Recessional (1 song)

I see the form/template serving two purposes.
1) I'll send back to the bride when she books me for a wedding and she may socialise it.
2) Posting on instagram as I perform at each wedding and attract engaged brides looking for wedding pianist or even just ideas for wedding music.
