T-shirt Design Brief

Need a T-shirt design for our annual 15K USA Championship race in Jacksonville Florida for over 20,000 runners. The race goes over the St. John's River in two places and crosses two bridges the main street bridge and the Hart bridge in Jacksonville Florida. We like designs that highlight the city of Jacksonville as it has hosted this race for more than 40 years, however, we will consider all designs for this run. I have attached the winning designs from last two years so you can get a feel for what we like.
