Brochure Design Brief
We need a high quality, professional tri-fold brochure for an up-scale medical practice that treats patients with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS:
- Attached PDF shows the textual information that goes into each panel.
- If needed, designer can pick other images, and we are willing to pay for stock imagery, after we accept the design.
- The textual content for each panel should stay as is, however, the styling and visual look is up to designer.
- .ai and .png logo files is attached (use vector format if possible).
- We need a PSD output so we can further edit the text if necessary.
- The "comparison table" on the PDF can be found from practice website: www.mysweatypalms.com . Feel free to change the table styling as necessary.
- A Print Template is attached. Panel size, folding, trim marks, bleed area and safe zone must follow this template. Please note that Front and Back templates are reversed in regards to panel width.
