Need design and image files for a full page advertisement. This is to be included in a magazine.

We are a multi-award winning SaaS procurement business.

We want it to be simple and crisp (more like apple than than dell). Best reference for our branding is www.VendorPanel.com

Full Page bleed 8.4" x 10.6" (215mm x 270mm)
Full Page non bleed 7.6" x 9.8" (195mm x 250 mm)
Trim Size (Actual Size of Magazine) 8.1" x 10.2" (205mm x 260mm)

The file format of print ad should be PDF/EPS/AI.

DESIGN RULES:
VendorPanel Logo - either green/grey logo on white background, or can be inverted to white logo on colour background / image as long as logo clear)

ASSETTS:
Logo attached - PSD format
Colour codes references attached
