Logo Design Brief

The company's name is "Gene Yuss" which appears to be a mans name but sounds like "Genius". The theme for the logo is Albert Einstein. I don't want to see a complete picture of Einstein, just some type of outline of his face and hair.

The company will have 3 divisions. The 3 divisions are marketing, media, and consulting.

I want the same logo for each division but want the text to change under the logo for each division... So the same logo but the text is different for each ...
1. Gene Yuss Media
2. Gene Yuss Marketing
3. Gene Yuss Consulting

I'd like the background to be black and I think I want the writing to look like it's on a chalkboard. The color of the rest could be different for each division.

I think the phone # should look like a math problem.
