Logo Design Brief

We saved a small town Bowling Alley (6 lanes) for the future. Now the future knocks at our door and it is time to let it in with Virtual Reality (VR).
Our product is "FUN" and we want to expand on that by bringing in VR experience booths, active games like at an arcade (Skee Ball, Basketball, Darts, Pool, Racing, Shooting games and the newly released Mario Kart in VR)

We are about fun, social interaction, family fun, birthday parties, hanging out with friends in a safe place. But we have to be relevant and shall I say hip (dating myself) in order to attract our target market.
Our target age group is 15 to 35 years old.

I have been working on my logo for a couple of years and I like it but it does not portray FUN. The capital "A & O" I want to keep very close to what I have now as I like them as graphic logo without any words to it, like a monogram. The "A & O" will be centered and used at the top of our printed 3 sided table cards, incorporated into our murals, on the front center of t-shirts, hats and all sorts of things. (down the road I want the logo on hats with the "O" being / becoming an eye of a turkey-tiger with XXX on the sides as a reward for people who get 3 strikes in a row. )

For the little kids we have a penguin mascot, not that that matters for our logo but just so you know.

We are a Canadian company and we have 5-Pin bowling NOT 10 pin ( different size and shape of pins see business card). 5 pin bowling is only in Canada, Eh!
We can throw up to 3 balls each turn. 3 strikes in a row is called a turkey XXX. So turkeys(tiger like) 5 pins and 3 balls would be things you could work with.

Would like the final design to be encased in an oval shape. We often have GLOW bowling and have been using glow orange as our embroidery colour but would like to see it also in glowing green like in the starburst.

The look of the logo has to say fun, family friendly, futurist, safe, all ages, (and affordable). Logo will be used on business cards, tshirts, web site, menu, hats, mural (black lights will show off a second view of murals of the northern lights in the prairies of Canada)

Requirements

• It must say fun, family friendly, futuristic, affordable
• A monogram styled A & O

Nice to have

• The monogram styled A & O should be bold enough to stand on its own. In the future I plan to take this logo and put it on hats where the O becomes an eye of a tiger (but looks a bit like a turkey) 3 XXX along the sides and the Xs become stripes of the tiger or something like that. 3 Strikes in this game is a good thing.

Should not have

• No skulls, no Goth look
