Photoshop Design Brief

We are OKAY.com, a real estate company based in Hong Kong. We need a simple info graphic that helps our readers understand more about the property market here. The current topic we are discussing is the difference in the hong kong market in 1997 (market crash) versus the market today. We have very clear direction attached, all of the copy and creative direction. We just need someone to put it in layout! Please see attached :)
