Your budget would only just cover a home page design only. For a complete ecommerce website that you are proposing that will involve design/html/css coding and backend database setup will cost in the region of $2500+ so I would advise you to review your brief or budget!

It said when posting the project that it is sole web designing no coding - but here you are saying that coding is included? so i myself am confused?
